Minster P2-60 press repair
Machine completely disassembled in the customers plant in Puerto Rico right down to the frame. Then skidded for transport to our facilities in New York where each component can be cleaned, inspected and rebuilt back to OEM specifications
Ram rebuilt with new slide adjusting mechanism components and new gib strips installed New ram gibs flaked and scraped for lubrication and contact
Crown with new main bearings installed and all new lubrication lines and fittings
Rebuilt Minster CFC clutch/brake Rebuilt counter-balance cylinders Pitman connections with new bearings fitted and installed
Lubrication pump and ram distribution box rebuilt After a short order all parts were packaged for protection and shipped back, along with our crew of mechanics for re-assembly
Our crew prepping the frame before installing the crown back onto the machine Crown re-installed and locking down the tie-rods with our tie-rod heaters
Ram clearances being set back to OEM specifications and then re-connected Ram lubrication lines re-installed
Rebuilt clutch/brake and flywheel installed with new drive belts
Lubrication pump installed and checked All other removed components installed and machine was completed and back in operation
