Cincinnati press brake rebuilding
These two Cincinnati series 9 press brake's were shipped into our facilities for a complete over-haul. The machine's were completely stripped of all mechanical assemblies including the disassembly of all gearboxes, clutches, brakes, eccentric shafts, main bearings, pitman bearings, ram adjusting screws and ram adjusting assemblies. The remaining major components were then cleaned, inspected and painted as per the customers request.
We then fabricated, fit and installed new main bearings and new pitman bearings in each assembly and like always 'Hand-fitted' and scraped all journals for that proper fit
All other disassembled components were completely cleaned, inspected and rebuilt using only OEM parts
